RS Risk Solutions acquires Cathedral Associates London Limited

Cathedral Associates London Limited has been acquired by the Read Shepley insurance services group.

Linda Read Shepley, group managing director, stated,

“We are delighted that the Cathedral Associates team, led by Laurence Hinge, will be joining us; adding their considerable commercial insurance expertise to our existing team, particularly in relation to their specialist focus of supporting the insurance needs of health and beauty businesses.”

Laurence Hinge added,

“We believe the Read Shepley group is ideally placed to support Cathedral Associates develop its specialist proposition still further for the benefit of our customers.  We are looking forward to working together.”

Group chairman, Stuart Shepley commented:

“We continue to grow our mid-market commercial business, both organically and through acquisition, finalising the Cathedral Associates purchase is another important milestone for us.”

Cathedral Associates joins a growing insurance group which includes the RS Risk Solutions and JMB Insurance businesses.  The specialist focus of Cathedral Associates complements the existing insurance broking and risk management specialisms advising privately owned businesses including female-led businesses, entrepreneurs as well as executive hire chauffeurs and private clients.
